My family of 4 stayed at Felmoor park at the end of July for a 3 night break, the accommodation was absolutely fantastic, the quality of the linen, towels, furnishings, everything and more than you could have hoped for, the cabins were equipped to the highest standard.

We were greeted by Mel at reception, who was very helpful, shown to our cabin, in the evening went up to the bar, where there was a nice relaxing atmosphere, and some friendly locals having a social night out, again the bar staff couldn't do enough to answer any questions about the park or local attractions.

This is a well kept park, there is a small play area for little ones, a nice lake for pleasant walks with a family of swans that like to be fed, as well as a nice woodland area, great little hidden retreat sitting right next to the A1, which you really can't hear any traffic noise.

Sorry, this is a private entry which is only viewable by the owner.

10 friends all stayed at Fellmoor at the beginning of October and I just want to say the cabins are amazing and the bar on site was friendly and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and we look forward to returning.

14/05/2012 - 18/05/2012

new park with excellent accommodation, bar available in reception.

good food with good prices at nearby golf club.

very reasonable prices with dogs currently free, this was a massive bonus for me.

beds made up, towels provided.

clean lodge with good appliances.

full central heating.

32" wall mounted TV.

bright and spacious.

very comfortable.

i would recommend  visiting this park, 16 miles from Newcastle metro centre,

the cement mixers were also there during my stay but didn't interfere with my holiday, i quite liked watching how the lodges are put together, they are also new which helped me decide where to stay.

nice walks around park area.

definitely going back at Xmas, just need to find out if its open then.

the only down side was that some pet owners didn't pick up after there dogs, come on dog owners, don't spoil this new park, get your poop scoops oot.

yep, this site is still in its' development stage, but that aside, the log cabin was superb. It was very spacious, with well equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished overall, we couldn't have asked for more. In a good location to visit so many attractions like Alnwick Castle, Bamburgh, Morpeth, and  so many beautiful beaches. After all the site seeing, it was lovely to return to our cabin and chill out.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful short break. Will definitely  recommend Felmoor Park, it's a hidden gem! We will be back.

I can see the potential the park has to offer but it is nowhere near finished for the 2011 season. When I booked I thought I had found a really good deal, but having to drive past building materials and cement mixers was not my idea of relaxing. Give it a year or two and it will be fab I'm sure, just not at the moment. PS your site map should be renamed your site vision.
